I used this product for my shrimp tank and my shrimp really enjoyed it. I have a freshwater tank for my neocaridinas and they love grazing and this is the perfect rock for their tank. The size is perfect for my 10 gallon tank.

Got this rock about a month ago for my 10 gallon tank, overall its pleasingly nice to look at. Its centered in the middle and my fish dont have an issue with the rock being in the way. It is a little big the size of someones hand and would look best with live plants.

The blacklava rocks are great. Adds nice depth and color as well as they are perfect for harboring benificial bacteria. They come (when ordered on line) tightly wrapped in plastic. Each one is individually shaped and unique. Need more!

The lava rock is a decent size. Would look good in a small or large tank. I will set it up in my turtle tank. It came shrink wrapped in plastic which was good because it got a bit crushed during shipment so lots of rock powder/dust was captured by the plastic.

Loving how my black lava rock blends in with the rest of my tank decor. It has a good weight to it. The color looks more brown than black, however, fits in well. The natural imperfections to the rock give it great detail.

I requested this Black Lava Rock from Imagitarium because it said it produces healthy bacteria. So far so good it looks nice in my fish tank because of the color. If my fishes were small I think it would be able to provide some shelter but mines are too big. As far as healthy bacteria I can’t really tell if leave a review about that I just hope my fishes likes it.

The rock is smaller than I expected, and also lighter in weight. However, it’s a very pretty rock, and it has a natural shape, which makes it a great fit for our aquarium. It looks like a traditional lava rock, which I like.
