I bought this divider to keep my newly introduced Yellow Watchman Goby away from my other reef fish. My Purple Dottyback is being particularly aggressive as are my clown pair. With this divider I was able to corner off some space for him. The plastic divider has thousands of tiny holes and the plastic trim pieces hold tightly to it. The metal clips work great with my rimless Waterbox 60. It took me about 5 minutes to install and is working great. I did not use the top and bottom trim pieces because I needed to bend it into a round shape to fit in the corner. I'm honestly impressed with this product based on its cheap price and mostly bad reviews. I was able to pick it up in store immediately, which was nice.

The product wasn’t the best option for me I could see it working for other people however my fish just shoved his way through. I would actually like to leave the review about the fish, I would love to see a better variety of fish, I’ve also noticed the quality of the tanks go down as well as the quantity of fish go down. I have cichlids and would love to see more options or tank mates that go with them.

I got this to separate adult guppies from fry. I have a 20 long tank. I had to cut the divider frame using a small saw. I cut the mesh with a razor blade. I also had to cut some notches in my hood to accommodate the metal clips that hold the divider in place. It looks fine and seems sturdy enough. The divider works great for controlling the adult guppies, but the fry are able to go around it using a gap between the edge of the divider and the glass that I am not able to close. I set it up yesterday afternoon. This morning half of the babies are on the adult side of the tank.

I bought this to separate my Betta from my Cory’s and shrimp since he randomly decided my amano’s were a snack. This is super frustrating to put together. The mesh is so stiff and rolled up it’s nearly impossible to cut. The plastic end pieces were also difficult to cut down to size. There is the slightest space between the glass and the divider that my shrimp can squeeze through so I had to finesse some sponge filter in there to block them. I also used suction cups to hold it in place because the metal clip it comes with doesn’t allow me to close my tank lid. Other than that it gets the job done. Wish they had it in black.

Betas swim and push their way threw easily , not sturdy at all

This product comes with decor to give the fry a since of security from the bigger fish, so far the fry is loving the mobility with the security
