Nice Betta hammock tree

LilMermaid

Bought this Feb 2022 and was nervous about texture possibly tearing my Laila’s fins (Betta fish). I rinsed it, then soaked it in water mixed with API water treatment. Repeated that for a few days before putting it in a (water change day) bowl for her. Laila sleeps inside the tree and also uses leaves as her hammock. She likes it therefore so do i.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Decent size, good for smaller tanks, but in my 3 gallon tank with a filter it’s too light to stay in place. I’ve had to weigh it down with a rock, but it now leans because I could only fit one. Kinda silly to make a fish tank accessory meant to be on the bottom that floats.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Very nice and soft, however it’s like a neon green instead of a natural one

It goes well with glofish gravel. It doesn't take way from the gravel but it does enhance it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Is this safe for goldfish?

  1. Hi JimmyBob, Good day! Yes, this is fine to have in an aquarium with goldfish. Thanks,

What is a ruff hight measurement.

  1. Roughly about 8 - 9 inches. And it grows.

Wondering if there’s is worry on a Bettas fish ripping or tearing their fins on the plant, is the plastic flexible or I should it hard plastic?

  1. Hi Betta Expert Bob, This is safe for bettas. Thanks,
