External Care: Use a soft cloth and ammonia-free glass cleaner to keep outside of aquarium clean. Replace filter media every 2-4 weeks. Internal Care: Change 10-25% of aquarium water every 2-4 weeks, or as needed. Scrub aquarium wall with appropriate glass scrubber to reduce algae growth. Evaporation is common. Ensure water level is maintained.

Perfect for my hamster! Bought the 40 gallon reptile topper as well. Works out great. I love the sleekness of it, I debated on the trending wooden cages but prefer the glass fish tank for ease of cleaning glass.
