Can I use this for my goldfish?
- Hi Antonio 12, Good day! This screen is meant for tanks in use for housing reptiles. It would not be suitable for a goldfish as there is no room for the necessary filter to fit onto/into the tank, and the screen is metal which can eventually rust with constant water exposure. It will not harm the animal so it could be used safely, but it is not recommended or necessary for a tank housing aquatic life. Thanks

- Hi Justyce, Good day! There is no latch to keep it closed, so it is possible that they may be able to lift it up. But it is pretty sturdy so it shouldn’t be able to chew through. Thanks

- Yes, but it’s mesh. I use it for my reptiles but also add the clips to keep anyone from escaping

Will this work with the Aqueon Standard Glass Aquarium Tank 10 Gallon (which is 20.25x10.5 instead of this which is 20.6x10.5)?

- If you need one for a 20 gallon long tank, take a look at the 29 gallon screen - it fits 20 long tanks as well.

- The fish will not be able to get out, but I recommend getting a solid top for a fish.

SO i am thinking about getting a leopard gecko, but i am not spending a ridiculous amount of money on a cage so i am using a plastic laundrey hamper that seems about maybe 10 gallons and i am setting up little hiddy spots and stuff but i dont know wha tbeedding i should use and how much light they need please hep :)

I am about to get a crested gecko and have done lots of research, but am nervous I'll kill my crestie. You see, lots of people have different opinions about additional lighting. 1 breeder said a heat lamp killed many of his crested geckos, while another breeder said it killed her geckos when they DIDNT have a heat lamp. Should I get a heat lamp? (My tank is a 12 by 12 by 18, of that helps at all) Also, should that size tank be good for 1 crested gecko for his entire life?

She always sleeping or out of sight . I rarely see her out and when I do it’s been early in the mornings or I’ll hear her on her wheel a few minutes at night.. she lives in a 40 gallon breeder tank that’s got great venalation and chew toys,treats,sand bath, etc everything she could ever want!. I have a new Ball Python that eats allright, but it stays in it's hide all the time, day and night. I keep the temperature gradient consistant. The hide is the black square with a hole in one end. I feed him in a separate clear habitat. The substrate is aspen bedding wich, consists of perfectly square 3mm pieces that stick to every thing it comes in contact withincluding the snake wich is covered. I have to mist more than seven times a day to keep the humidity above 40%. One quart at a time.
Hi, my hatchling red foot tortoise has a problem with keeping his eyes open for very long, he hasn't been eating as much as usual and when he closes his eyes I have to soak him in water to get him to open them back up. When his eyes close it almost looks like they are crusty. I have a cypress mulch and jungle mix substrate in his cage which is about 4 inches at the highest and 1 inch in his basking are but it's kept well watered. Thank You!
