I purchased this item on April 4th. Today is June 5th and Tank is leaking. It is more expensive than open tank but quality is not worth of that price.

So far I love it! 10 gallon tank construction sure has come a long way! It's been up and running for 3 days. No leaks or damage. well packaged (bought in store.. can't speak on shipping). Comes with two plastic rails that can attach to the sides to lay a traditional glass cover on (include!) or just left open. I love the look of having no top rim. Here's to hoping that design holds up over time. They didn't use a ton of silicone on the seams.. so they either cheaped out on it, or tested it as speced and are very confident in it's long term ability to hold up. Time will tell.
