My Betta Died :-(
While the tank was beautiful my single betta fish only lasted 2.5 weeks & then it died. I’m going to get a 4 gallon tank that comes with a heater & try again.

A great non leaking aquarium
Because it is plastic, it won't leak like the glass one and the filter is quiet. Don't put more than 4 fish in. I used a permanent light blue marker on the lights because the white was too bright when on. The light blue is great.

Bettas need 10 gallon tank. They are t mesnt fie small vases ir crowded tanks but they do like hiding spots.

Does Not Work
The pump could not keep the tank clean. I only have one betta fish and found the tank smelly and so cloudy after only two days. I would give this product a 0 if that was an option

Very nice, but stick to horizontal please.
The filter is a little bit oversold with its supposed two minute cycling. The aquarium is a nice kit with a light, filter, and lid. It's attractive. However, I can tell you with certainty that a horizontal tank is the way to go with aquatic buddies. They tend swim horizontally. Duh! Going up and down is work. It's extra work and less horizontal exploration. So I only use this one as a bucket and a backup.

DO NOT BUY!
my boyfriend and i had purchased this product from the oak lawn/chicago ridge location in the beginning of last month. it worked great until it started leaking while we were at work. we had nothing to put our betta in so, we had to ask a family member to put him in a kitchen bowl until we get home. definitely would not recommend! we literally had this tank for just over a month!

Is there a stronger filter compatible with this tank? I can’t get past 10 days without the tank looking like it needs a water change and new filter cartridge. I only have 1 betta.

I just set up the tank today and am letting it cycle before putting our fish in. Water is streaming out of the filter, but the entire filter chamber is full of water. Is this how it should look? It is quite different from our filter on our current tank.
- Hi, We can confirm that it is normal for the filter chamber to be completely full of water. The filter is a submersible design that draws water into the chamber for filtering. The stream of water you see indicates it is working correctly to circulate and filter the water. Thanks.

How do I know the filter is working properly? I can feel it making a slight humming sound. But no water is coming out of the opening? Just barely set it up tonight to let it run for 24 hrs before replacing my beta fish.

How do I know if the filter is working or if I have to buy a new one? I don't have the directions anymore, and although I feel the tank slightly vibrate, I don't see the filter constantly flowing filtered water through the opening.

If I keep the LED lighting on from 9am to 9pm everyday, how long will it last before it burns out?
- Hi bigbooby, Good day! LED Bulbs don’t burn out like traditional bulbs, but rather they slowly degrade over time, eventually diming in brightness. LED bulbs last on average between 35,000 and 50,000 hours. Thanks

How often do you have to change the filter and does the fish clean the fish tank?
