A great non leaking aquarium

A pisces

Because it is plastic, it won't leak like the glass one and the filter is quiet. Don't put more than 4 fish in. I used a permanent light blue marker on the lights because the white was too bright when on. The light blue is great.

Yes, I recommend this product.

The pump could not keep the tank clean. I only have one betta fish and found the tank smelly and so cloudy after only two days. I would give this product a 0 if that was an option

How do I know the filter is working properly? I can feel it making a slight humming sound. But no water is coming out of the opening? Just barely set it up tonight to let it run for 24 hrs before replacing my beta fish.

  1. Hi Valued Guest, Good day! It should work properly once set up and fully primed with water. Thanks

Are there replacement lights? 2 of the 3 lights have stopped working.

  1. Hi DeannDubis, Good day! Unfortunately, we do not have replacement lights for sale. This will be evaluated. Thanks,

Hello! The internal power filter doesn't seem to be filtering properly. Can I purchase one without the tank?

  1. Hi TETE22, Good day! Unfortunately, there is no option for that. We suggest that you check our return policy at https://www.petco.com/returns. Thanks,

How do I know if the filter is working or if I have to buy a new one? I don't have the directions anymore, and although I feel the tank slightly vibrate, I don't see the filter constantly flowing filtered water through the opening.

  1. Hi steph_29, Good day! Filters should be replaced every 2-4 weeks for optimal results. For more care information on Betta fish please see: https://www.petco.com/content/petco/PetcoStore/en_US/pet-services/resource-center/caresheets/betta.html#habitat-setup. Thanks

If I keep the LED lighting on from 9am to 9pm everyday, how long will it last before it burns out?

  1. Hi bigbooby, Good day! LED Bulbs don’t burn out like traditional bulbs, but rather they slowly degrade over time, eventually diming in brightness. LED bulbs last on average between 35,000 and 50,000 hours. Thanks

How often do you have to change the filter and does the fish clean the fish tank?

  1. Hi Valued Guest, Good day! Filters should be replaced every 2-4 weeks for optimal results. The fish does not clean the fish tank. For more care information on Betta fish please see: https://www.petco.com/content/petco/PetcoStore/en_US/pet-services/resource-center/caresheets/betta.html#habitat-setup Betta Fish Tank Care: · Daily - Check filter, water temperature and other equipment (if used) · Weekly - Test check water quality at least once a week. Change a third of the water in unfiltered small habitats (less than 2 gallons) once to twice a week every 3-4 days. In larger aquariums, change 10 to 25% of the total volume of water every 2-4 weeks, or more often as needed · Monthly - Change the filter media cartridge at least once a month and use only dechlorinated water for water changes Thanks,

Light burned out. Is there a replacement lid/Light I can buy??

  1. Hi Valued Guest, Good day! Unfortunately, there are no direct replacement hoods or lightings available for this item. Thanks
