I bought this for my tank since I was getting some albino corydoras catfish to go with my solo female betta, and wanted an extra hide. My betta didn’t seem to use it, and my corys didn’t hide all that much, but didn’t have any problems either. It is maybe 6-8 inches in diameter, can fit in a ten gallon tank, and is flat on the top and bottom surface so it can be stacked. PLEASE BE AWARE though, it had some sharp pieces and rough bits on the inside and the entrances, but it is pretty easy to fix, I took a wide fork handle to scrape and chip at problem areas while rinsing, took me like 5 minutes.

I like them, but there are some very sharp spots (especially on the inside) I used a dremel tool to smooth them over and that worked ok.
