Instructions: Soak in water at least one hour before turning on air. Position in tank. Bury the bottom third of bubble bar with gravel or stones. Attach to pump with airline tubing and a check valve (sold separately) Regulate airflow through use of a gang valve (sold separately). Air pump not included.

Can you attach a hose to either end of this unit?
- I know you ask this a year ago but no you cannot one side is to change the amount of bubbles and then the other side is where you attach the hose.
