Hydor E-Skim DC saltwater skimmer is designed for filtering and removing organic residues and proteins. This prevents the accumulation of foam on the surface of the water, so as to ensure regular oxygenation and keep the water crystal clear. The electronic controller allows you to adjust the water flow in six different speeds and to activate the Feed Mode, which pauses the pump for 5 minutes and allows you to personally feed the fish or corals. An intelligent foam-leak prevention system delays the start of the pump by 80 seconds: this prevents the foamed liquid from overflowing and the content of the collection cup from pouring into the sump, avoiding flooding after a power-cut. E-Skim Dc is available in various models with different maximum air flow and power, to choose from depending on the capacity of the aquarium.

I have 2 fancy goldfish in a 60 gallon tank and one of them, has stopped eating and became lethargic after about five days after I got him! He hasn’t eaten in about 4 days. The tank was cycled using a filter cartridge from an established tank. 15% water changes every 4 days and yesterday I did a 50% water change, I then removed the activated carbon and added metroplex and kanaplex and aquarium salt. No improvement. Should I put the activated carbon back in or continue treating with the meds?
So I have an established and cycled 10 gallon tank with 1 white male platy and 1 albino Cory catfish, the filter creates a bit of a current and then I have a bubbler to add more of a current, I also have a older maybe 2-3 year old betta who is very chill and I wanted to know I could put him in this tank happily and without fault?
Hi, I've 8 cichlids (2convict, 2dolphin, 2iceberg and 2livingstonii cichlids) in a 90 liter tank. My 2 dolphin cichlids are very aggressive. They always hit the others and chase them all the time. Should I seperate them or what else can I do? Also, I was using an internal filter. But yesterday I bought an external filter and installed it (after doing a water change). Next day, my fish started to swim up and stay on top of the tank. Is it normal or did I do something wrong? What should I do?
