The Horseface Blenny are a fish with a lot of personality and can be added to reef aquariums with peaceful tank mates. This blenny is very beneficial because they graze on diatoms and hair algae. Regardless of this grazing behavior, their diet should be supplemented with sinking pellets and meaty frozen (thawed) foods. Even though this blenny is considered peaceful, they typically will not tolerate others of the same species or other similar looking fish that invade their territory. They spend most of their time perched on top of the live rock or scooting across the aquarium floor. Their small adult size of about 5" makes them ideal for smaller aquariums. They are found in the Eastern Pacific inhabiting the steep slopes and shallow areas.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

Betta fish has ick near its eye
Hello! I'm looking to add some additional fish to my 36 gallon reef tank. So far, I have an orange firefish, 2 ocellaris clowns, a fire shrimp, a peppermint shrimp, and 4 blue legged hermit crabs. Do you have any recommendations other than damsels?
A calf whose eyes are recessed deep into the cavity. Very healthy and eating well

I am not able to ID my fish. It seems to belong to the family of snakehead bettas. But it is yellow in colour. They belly is a shimmering yellow gradually getting duller towards the tail. the tail and fins are yellow with red borders. Its eyes are blue. It seems to be enjoying staying at the top most of the time. Its not aggressive. Please help me ID my fish
We recently bought a Betta from a chain store pet shop. He is currently in a 10 gallon tank with a heater. He’s been eating and swimming around, acting fine. The first day we had him I noticed this bump. (Didn’t notice in the petstore but hard to see in those cups they keep them in) Here’s a side shot. Looks like one tiny fluid filled bump, size of a scale. Any ideas?
My horse Harley has this bump on his lower jaw. Last year it was the size of a pinky fingernail and this year it’s much larger. It’s very hard. He just had his teeth floated 2 months ago. His behavior is good and he’s eating really well still .. take note this bump is as hard as a bone.
patternless leopard gecko body compulsion waves contracting and growling
I've recently just purchased a fancy black gold fish and this white looking fish. The white fish looks as if it is pecking at the black gold fish and now it looks like my black gold fish is white. Exactly we're the white fish is sucking at. What's going on
I have 3 Fancy Goldfish; Spot, Zedar and Monty. Monty has 2 white lumps on his head was swimming before but is lying inside the ship all the time. Spot is all white with black and orange spots it was spastic swimming but still eating. Then got swim bladder but still eating. Then started staying in the ship, now just lying on the tank floor. Spot was showing signs before Monty. Zedar seems to be fine but occasionally taking large gulps at the top of the tank and while in the water. What is this?
