Worked for my feral cat!

I think these drops really work, if you suspect your pet has worms, give them a shot! I have a little female TNR feral that I've been feeding for 4 years. She lives on my patio with a heated house, feeding station, toys and her favorite oversized chair with soft cushion. She eats breakfast and dinner on my patio but, despite my protests, she disappears for most of the afternoon. Dosing her food 3 times a day has been inconsistent at best. I frequently worry what would happen if she got sick or injured. I can't touch her, could never get her into a carrier and a vet wouldn't be able to touch her with a 10 foot pole either, she's truly feral and very skittish. So a couple weeks ago when her appetite changed, I was worried. She's always been a good eater and loves treats but she showed no interest in her treats and only ate a few bites of her wet/dry meals. I talked to my vet who treats my dog, telling her that the cat wasn't losing weight but I was worried she would and she's a very petite cat of 8-9 pounds. The vet told me it could be a host of things but to look at her stool as it was likely worms. The worms are common in feral cats and can make the cat feel full and bloated, suppressing their appetite. I have no idea where she goes potty as she goes into the woods around my house after her meals. The vet told me to treat her anyway as it wouldn't hurt her to have the meds if she didn't have worms but it was a good starting point to try and diagnosis her, given the situation. I tried putting the drops in her wet food but as she wasn't eating much I didn't think she was getting much of the medication, same problem with the dry. She loves shredded chicken but I think she could smell the drops on the chicken because she wouldn't touch it. She usually prefers soft treats but I couldn't get any of them to soak up the drops! I ended up getting her a few new crunchy treats to try and fortunately greenies crunchy treats did the trick. They soak the drop up in just a few minutes and she loves them. So I give her 5 drops twice a day on the treats and put 5 drops in her big bowl of water every morning and evening when I change the water. Twice she showed up a couple hours before dinner and I was able to give her an extra dose. I know she isn't getting hardly any treatment from her water as she doesn't drink from her bowl often and prefers the puddles the sprinklers leave! But I figured I'd cover my bases since I couldn't always do the treatment 3 times a day. It's been 9 days now and her appetite is much better, I noticed a change on day 5. She just suddenly started eating more after nearly 10 days of just picking at her food. Currently she's eating about 75% her meals and all her medicated treats. I'm hoping by the end of week two she'll be totally back to normal. While I can't 100% confirm she had worms and these drops got rid of them, she is much better since starting the treatment. The vet was fairly certain woms were the problem and told me I should have been treating her for maintenance against the worms anyway, I've never owned a cat and didn't realize this was an issue to be concerned with. Now I know and in the future will be giving her the maintenance doses, every two months. I included a picture of the greenies treats with a drop of medicine on each treat. Just wait 3-5 minutes for the drop to soak in. If you're feeding a feral on a paper plate like I do, beware that some of the drop can roll off the surface if your aim isn't dead center and cause the treat to stick to the plate. I microwave her wet and scoop out her dry onto a separate plate while the treats are drying then I transfer the treats to the other plate and make sure they're spaced out so they don't stick together.

Purchase this product 5 days ago follow the directions of the Vetinarian, which is to not feed them food give them water, rice and boil chicken breast in very small portions throughout the day about the size of a walnut after day five there was no signs of parasites or bleeding in the stool. it’s OK if they don’t have a bowel movement each day, it give the intestines an opportunity to rest.

I got my puppy at 9 weeks, I was told she was dewormed but I noticed on her stool she had white rice like specks and wasn't solid at all. She was always pooping water her stomach wasn't retaining any food at all. I bought this dewormer, did as instructed and her stool is solid no white specks. I would definitely recommend this product.

Can you put drops directly in the dogs mouth?

  1. Yes you can

Can i use this medication for parrots?

  1. NOOOOO!!!!!!

Hello! I was wondering if you could use this on rabbits? I realize the label says for dogs but the picture shows many animals..?

  1. If the box shows more than one animal, if it is the wrm clear homeo pet drops for dogs but pictures more than dogs like the cat, bird, etc., then you can use it on the rabbit. The rabbit should be pictured on their. If it is the homeo pet and only says and pictures dogs then you cannot use it on other animals besides dogs. I was told this by Petco. Hope this helps
