Dose medicine directly into mouth, in water or at meal/snack time. Administer one dose 3 times per day, as needed. In acute cases, one dose every 15 minutes up to 4 doses may be given. When improvement is seen decrease frequency of dosing to twice daily then once daily. If symptoms reapear repeat original dose. Discontinue use when symptoms subside.

This product works great. It doesn’t kill dogs any other rating claiming so definitely had underlying issues in their dog unrelated to this product. There has been serious research done and if your teacup chihuahua dies the same day you use it, it’s because your teacup chihuahua died from something else unrelated. Just wanted to point a specific post out because it seems that the person who wrote it regrets not taking their friends dog to the vet and blames it on the medicine when they didn’t even know what was wrong with the dog in the first place.

My dog picked up a nasty bout of kennel cough from daycare right before the holiday weekend when our vet office was closed. He was having coughing fits, including coughing up phlegm, every couple of hours which made for a rough night. A friend of mine recommended this product, and it helped so much. He still has a small cough, but not as severe as it was before, and no more phlegm!
