My dog is allergic to beef and pork. I noticed your dry chicken has "pork faloring" I'm wondering if she might be allergic to this as well. What is pork faloring anyway?
- We bought the chicken because it was the Puppy version and small bites. We have always used Science Diet for all of our dogs and never had any problem or allergic reaction. Science Diet is the only dry food we feed our dogs. I do not know what pork flavoring is...

I have a 6 month old Frenchton Puppy, what is best dry dog food for her.
- We have had our Mini-Schnauzer, now almost 2 years old, on Hills since we got him. It was recommended by the breeder and by the vet. We kept him on strictly dry food for the first year and then gradually added a bit of wet food to his dry food.as he got older. He is in great health! I highly recommend the Hills puppy dry food.

What is the best food for a puppy shitzu?
- With all of our puppies...we have used nothing but Hills Science Diet Puppy dry food. We start with the smaller bits then up to the little larger bits for puppies. Our dogs love this food. We have never had any dietary issues with any of our dogs. When they reach adulthood, we still stay with Hills Science Diet! Hope this helps!!

i noticed that the weights for feeding instruction are precise like 5lbs - feed this much or 8lbs - feed this much rather than approximate like 5 - 8 lbs - feed this much. my small breed puppy is 6.5lbs, so how much should I feed her?
