One out of four of my cats will eat it, so I gave it two stars. The texture is not at all as pictured, it is in fact a pate, which my cats generally won’t touch. Even now, I don’t see it labeled as pate anywhere on the listing, and the picture shows a more morsel/stew texture.

We appreciate your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding the texture, our entrees are meant to have a similar texture to that of a pate. We could not tell by your post if you had done a gradual transition or not. We generally suggest doing a 7-day transition, as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. This can also help ward off against any sort of tummy trouble. We hope this is helpful. This food has been phenomenal for my cat. It's one of the few foods he can eat, and his digestion and overall health has improved greatly since putting him on it. He loves it, too; whenever I open the fridge or pantry, it's the only food he's actively tried to get in and grab. Most reviews I've seen for this that are 'negative' are only so because it used to be hard to find. Overall seems fantastic: 10/10.

My cats have food sensitivities, and they were doing great on this product. They can't eat chicken (the only flavor available) so we're stuck trying food from other manufacturers. When is this coming back? If there is no intention of bringing it back, why list it on the website? This is frustrating.

Everyone is out of this food and it is the only food my older cat will eat. It took me months to find a food he would eat and now I can't get it for him. Every suggestion for purchase shows out of stock. I pay premium to feed my animals and can't get the food he likes.

I ordered this food for our senior cat who was becoming thin. He is eating again and actually asks for his food now and is gaining weight back. Thank you Hills and Petco for helping us get our old boy back on track.
