I am so glad I picked this food out, here's the story. . My cat had terrible diarrhea with blood from another popular brand. We checked him for parasites etc and he did not have any. I decided to try this can out, and it's been one week on Hills sensitive stomach and no diarrhea - all his stomach issues cleared up now- his poop is normal. No more gas, and his poop doesn't stink terrible anymore. I do have to mix it with a little warm water - just a half teaspoon per half the can to break it up but I am so grateful that he's feeling better !!! He also has been on Hills sensitive stomach dry formula from when we first adopted him from the shelter. hills is very high quality food, yes it may be a little more expensive but it's worth it, you don't want a sick kitty.

My 15 year old cat has mild IBD and also urinary issues. She cannot tolerate any kibble (Urinary diet and Easily digestible kibble has been tried) and she just throws everything up. In lieu of expensive meds, I feed her this sensitive stomach wet cat food and this seems to satisfy both her urinary issues and stomach issues. I mix it with water, so she gets extra fluids. She eats it up every time.
