We generally suggest doing a 7 day transition as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. This can also help ward off against any sort of tummy trouble. Hoped it would work to replace my cat's prescription cat food. I didn't read the complete description. Its checken with vegetables. My cat couldn't tolerate it. Her Science diet food is unavailable right now and I need to find an alternative eith just chicken. There are a couple of others on the website so I'll try one of those

My cats have water HSD dry their entire lives. They poked around in the Hill's Science Diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Chicken & Vegetable but neither of our four cats liked it. I hope I can return the unopened cans.
