i haven't bought, BUT i am already leary of the choices. Chicken makes my dog itchy. She loves FREEZE DRIED BEEF LIVER which is what they naturally prefer in the wild. She also likes Dr. Marty's dried pieces...

I took my dog to the vet with worries that I had about her I haven't diarrhea and symptoms that I thought were pretty serious, turned out to be that she was just having a tummy ache. I purchased a bag of heels from my veteran came home and I fed her and she just loved it I am now a hills fan for my pet. Although it was pricey at the vet I definitely am going to be doing my online order for my dog. Money well spent.

I buy the one like this for our Chihuahua Beagle mix!!,adult 1-6. I get it just to moisten the dry food. One bowl is divided into three small servings. Lately it has been mostly gravy with no small chunks of chicken and vegetables. The package info is Yi4C 1153 M51 257 11123 I pay way to much for this dog food and not get chicken and or Vegetables!!!!

Thank you for your review. It is our goal, that with each purchase of your pet’s food, that you will experience the same high quality and consistency. During the processing of this product, the chunks and gravy are combined before filling the can. The mixture is continually stirred to ensure an even distribution of chunks and gravy for each can of product. On rare occasion there may be an opportunity for settling of the mixture which causes uneven distribution of the food chunks. While a can of food containing limited chunks meets the weight requirements, it would not meet our high quality expectations. We are certainly disappointed to hear of this report and will be passing this information on to our continuous improvement teams. Hill's Pet Nutrition

After trying a couple different foods for my pup I decided to try this wet food. He loved it at first bite and every meal since. His digestion is just fine, wonderful puppy energy, no issues at all. Will continue to buy!

Thank you for your review. We are disappointed to hear we did not get your pup’s taste of approval. We could not tell by your post if you had done a gradual transition or not. We generally suggest doing a 7 day transition as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. This can also help ward off against any sort of tummy trouble. You can learn more on this transition on our website at: https://www.hillspet.com/dog-care/nutrition-feeding/how-to-transition-my-dogs-food. We hope this is helpful.
