RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.
What would be the best wet dog food for her weighing 3.3 lbs. 4 years and has Periodontal desease? And can I purchase at Petco or Petsmart? Thank you
My 5 months old Westie puppy eats only the food Hills for puppies. Is it enough, nutrition-wise? Or I need to give vegetables and meat to complete her nutrition? She always eats some poop.
Hi, what is the best puppy food for my 5-month-old puppy? He seems to have a sensitive stomach. Had mild diarrhea almost constantly with Diamond puppy food and then we switched to Taste of the Wild he vomited and horrible diarrhea. We went to chicken and rice, was great with firm poops, now we are transitioning to Wellness puppy chicken, and diarrhea is starting again.
My dog weight 27 pounds what is the best diet to put her on for couple weeks she is only 3 years old
What's the best animal protein for dogs with sensitive stomachs? Salmon, beef, duck, etc? (I was told no chicken because of Jack's past liver issue). I always hear limited ingredient foods are good but are they balanced and have all the nutrients dogs need?
Hi! I am considering changing Addy’s food over to Taste of the Wild High Prairee puppy food. It’s grain free and has lean proteins and a 28% protein content. Currently she is on Blue Buffalo large breed puppy food that has whole grains. She is experience soft stool in the evening. I believe this may be from her food? Blue Buffalo is chicken based, and she does drink lots of water. She just had a vet appt, no presence of parasites in her stool. Any recommendations?
I have a female rescue Boston terrier. She's little over yr old. I am having trouble getting her to eat . Hills small breed., Pro plan small breed, Blue Small breed and Eukanubba small breed she hasn't liked! I'm literally Ready to go canned food because my 1st Boston ate pedigree can feed lived 15 yrs he had touch of gas of course. What do you recommend? I talked to a man that told me ALL dry dog food is not good for dogs. I cannot afford exspensive dog food. I am trying to find a decent dry dog food that is good for my dogs, bull dog/ cur she is 3 and is way overweight like 110 lbs and a ckc poodle that is about 12 lbs. Also about 3
My dog has been on a grain free soy free and chicken free food for about 8 months, He is 3 and has been gaining weight. He eats about 1/2 can of food twice a day and maybe a handful of dry food in between. He is never been a very active dog. He is part beagle and part chihuahua. He does have mostly a beagle body Short legs and long body Other than weight, he is healthy. What type of dog food would he need to lose weight
What dry dog food is best for two 5 year old papillons? They don't seem to have allergies to anything food-wise. I'm looking for something to improve their fur. Right now it feels dry and looks messy. Right now they are on Canidae Grain Free Pure Petite: Adult: Salmon but they don't seem to want to eat it.
