My very finicky diabetic dog loves this food so much! He needs to eat prior to every insulin injection, and it is such a relief to find a food he loves and eats without having to be persuaded!

I've been using Hill's Science Diet products for over 40 years for dogs and for cats. I've tried other brands a few times but ALWAYS come right back to Hill's. I now have a 12-year old Labrador who thinks she rules this roost...and pretty much does. She's a great dog but a picky eater. I ran out of the "...Adult 7+ Healthy Cuisine Braised Beef, etc...." a while back and couldn't find it anywhere. Glad that it has come available again, and am already ordering a case or two. My only problem is (duh) the cost. It is so expensive I have a hard time affording it. But, I will cut back on some things for myself in order to keep getting this for Ziva, She loves it and seems to feel better whenever we have it for her,

The plus to this food is two-fold: our aging dog likes it; and, it provides the reduced protein that her vet has recommended for her. This is one of the only brands on the market that offers both. So, thank you!

My 4 dogs liked the taste but one of them developed a skin rash about 8 hours after he ate it. He does fine on the chicken and barley variety.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My dog eats it but is not wild about it, like I’ve seen him with others. He is a senior now so that could have a hand. I understand it’s not human food but it does look murky and smells bad. I believe that for the type dog food purchased it’s ok.

No, I do not recommend this product.
