I am trying to help a 13-year-old cat put on weight. He has never liked wet food but I remember helping an older cat with health problems to get some calories by feeding A/D wet food. Sorry I forgot to ask, Regarding kovu having decreased appetite and losing weight, how much should a 1 year old cat eat? He used to eat 5 or more ounces wet food and 1/2 cup dry food a day. With his decreased appetite he eats no Dry food and anywhere from no wet food, to 1 and 1/2 ounces twice a day.
