Finally some help from allergies

sonie

Saw improvement in my dogs skin within 24 hours. He has been so sick with flaky skin, yeast, hair loss, itching for 4 years. Had allergy meds and shots, steroids, antifungal, salmon food and no chicken. Hills Pollock and insect based food was a last resort. Finally found some help for my boy. Makes me cry every time I think how grateful I am. Thank you!

We appreciate your feedback. We could not tell by your post if you had done a gradual transition or not. We generally suggest doing a 7-day transition, as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. This can also help ward off against any sort of tummy trouble. We hope this is helpful. Hill's Pet Nutrition

We have a super picky eater with a sensitive tummy. She loves this. I didn’t even realize it had insect protein when I first bought it and she definitely doesn’t care.

Great food for my dog with chicken sensitivity!

My older rescue started experiencing skin and food sensitivities (bright pink, itchy skin and noisy stomach) a few months ago, and this food has been a lifesaver for him! He's sensitive to chicken, so this food not having any has been a rare, but amazing find. Before I switched him over to this, he was on a prescription diet, which did help but was ridiculously expensive and out of my budget. He has been tolerating this food great for nearly the past two months. It's a bit pricey (as are all of Hill's products), but you're paying for the quality ingredients. Our furry best friends are beyond worth it.

Yes, I recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two large dogs (a German shepherd and a pyrador) who absolutely loved this food! My pyrador has a sensitive stomach when it comes to switching her food, but she did not have any issues when I switched to this food by Hills!
