I had to find a replacement for the Hill’s z/d Sensitive Stomach and Skin dry food since one of my cats is allergic to chicken and the seafood versions have been discontinued. Both of my cats love the non-prescription sensitive stomach and skin salmon version, and my cat with the sensitive tummy has had no adverse reaction to this food. I also want to give a HUGE thank you to the Chewy staff for their helpfulness in handling the return of the chicken version. The customer service is consistently outstanding.

This food has been a life changer for my cat. He was licking himself until he was bald. When we took him to the vet they said he might have developed a food allergy. We switched to Hill's Science diet Sensitive Stomach & Skin Grain free and he is been doing great! All his hair grew back.

I bought this for my baby because she was throwing up her food. After running multiple test and finding nothing wrong (greatful for that) I decided to try this food. We are a week in and no vomit. She seems to like the flavor too.

It keeps our 2 cats healthy and they like the taste ok. It doesn't smell the best but it is the best we can find. It used to smell like fresh roasted fish oil years ago, but not anymore.

So I have 8 cats and every single one of them gravitates towards this food I have a few down right now bc I’m trying to find a good healthy one and my indoor cat even started eating this one… I’m not sure about side effects with my indoor cat yet this has peas and potatoes in it and I don’t know if my cat is allergic or not she still has a weird tail twitch which started on the wholehearted easy digestion which I think had way too much peas in it.. praying this one works with no side effects…

I originally bought this for my cat with very sensitive stomach. He has a disease called Leishmaniasis which gives him skin issues. This food has decreased the amount of stomach issues and helped with itchy skin. Neither have completely disappeared. Another cat never could gain weight and had dull hair and flaky skin. She has made a complete turnaround and it was noticed in only a few days! Her dander is gone. Her hair is silky and shiny. She has now gained weight that I couldn’t get on her in 5 years. In the last week I have put my mom’s cat on the same due to dander , thinning dull hair and inability to gain weight. Already seeing great results in less than a week. None of the cats have issues with chewing this food. Highly recommend this food

In my opinion, yes. We have three cats, with only one with a sensitive stomach, and we feed all three this to make things easy at feeding time.
