I bought this for my baby because she was throwing up her food. After running multiple test and finding nothing wrong (greatful for that) I decided to try this food. We are a week in and no vomit. She seems to like the flavor too.

Yes, I recommend this product.

So I have 8 cats and every single one of them gravitates towards this food I have a few down right now bc I’m trying to find a good healthy one and my indoor cat even started eating this one… I’m not sure about side effects with my indoor cat yet this has peas and potatoes in it and I don’t know if my cat is allergic or not she still has a weird tail twitch which started on the wholehearted easy digestion which I think had way too much peas in it.. praying this one works with no side effects…

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great results from this food

RosieBBCC

I originally bought this for my cat with very sensitive stomach. He has a disease called Leishmaniasis which gives him skin issues. This food has decreased the amount of stomach issues and helped with itchy skin. Neither have completely disappeared. Another cat never could gain weight and had dull hair and flaky skin. She has made a complete turnaround and it was noticed in only a few days! Her dander is gone. Her hair is silky and shiny. She has now gained weight that I couldn’t get on her in 5 years. In the last week I have put my mom’s cat on the same due to dander , thinning dull hair and inability to gain weight. Already seeing great results in less than a week. None of the cats have issues with chewing this food. Highly recommend this food

potato concentrate for 50 dollars

I do not know by what miracle American cats survive on feeds produced in the USA, but cats and I are still in search of a feed that will not stink of hay with mixed feed, but will have an attractive fragrant smell. When I opened the food, I immediately realized what kind of look the cat would look at me when I offered him these crackers with a very poor flavor of chicken liver, guys, it just isn't there! it's not the smell of chicken liver, it's the smell of pea and potato concentrate, but not the liver! offering a bowl with this terribly unattractive stench of the barn, the cat looked at me with a look of "are you kidding me?" and defiantly left the kitchen, with subsequent attempts to offer him this food, he did not even want to smell it, he just ran away from the bowl! Hills, as always, is too confident in the quality of his feed, offers 13 pounds of potato starch for $50, thanks for not corn. And in general, how can you offer food for sensitive digestion when chicken and beef are food allergens in animals living in the USA and Europe?! but you managed to stuff a chicken there, which is practically not there, judging by the figures of the guaranteed analysis!from salmon there are only heads? Sorry, I wouldn't swear if the smell was attractive and not potato

No, I do not recommend this product.

We appreciate your feedback. We could not tell by your post if you had done a gradual transition or not. We generally suggest doing a 7 day transition as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. This can also help ward off against any sort of tummy trouble. You can learn more on this transition on our website at: http://www.hillspet.com/en/us/cat-care/nutrition-feeding/switching-cat-food. We offer a full line of therapeutic products which are formulated for the management of certain health issues that can develop in pets. We would encourage you to speak with your trusted veterinarian to discuss which option may best suit your cat's needs. To view some of our food and skin sensitivity options, please visit; https://www.hillspet.com/products/cat-food#pd|skinHealth|foodSensitivity We hope this is helpful! Questions

Can this cat food be mixed with the Hill's Perfect Weight diet cat food?

 1. Thank you for your inquiry. We would not recommend feeding your pet more than one product at a time. Our products are formulated to be 100% nutritionally complete and address your pet's special needs. When you mix Hill's products together or mix another brand of pet food with our products, you may minimize these benefits. However, if your veterinarian has recommended mixing diets due to your pets special medical condition, please follow their advice. We hope this is helpful. Hill's Pet Nutrition

My cat currently eats the regular sensitive skin and stomach adult dry food from Hill’s. If I wanted her to try this grain free one, would I need to slowly transition her? Or could she switch right away since it’s the same brand?

 1. I'd gradually transition.

Does it come in a smaller package? My cat is very picky. Always not sure to buy the big package for the first time... Is a way we can let the cat taste it out and approve it first?

 1. Thank you for your question. At this time Hill's® Science Diet® Adult Sensitive Stomach & Skin Grain Free cat food is only offered in a 13 pound package. If you’re curious about trying this product, you’re in luck! Every Hill's product is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you (or your pet) change your mind, you can return what's left to your retailer for a full refund or exchange. We hope this is helpful. Hill's Pet Nutrition

Would this be ok for kitties that do not have sensitive stomach or skin? I really like the list of ingredients and the brand. This seems to be the only grain free food for cats by Hills that I can find.

 1. In my opinion, yes. We have three cats, with only one with a sensitive stomach, and we feed all three this to make things easy at feeding time.
