Which dry food is best for an indoor, seven year old cat, low in calories?
I have been feeding Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight dry food mixed with their Perfect Weight. Chicken Vegetable Stew (1/3 cup dry, 2 Tbs. Wet, 2x/day). I am thinking of switching to the wet food, which he seems to prefer. If i do, how much should I be feeding him (2 small meals per day)?

RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.

Bam, male cat, 2yrs. old has been on diet of “sensitive stomach, Hill’s Sci. Diet, to control chronic diarrhea. It worked very well. Now we wish to change over to a less-expensive daily dry food. Bam rejects our new offerings. Is there any other brand you can suggest? 38 dollars for a large bag of Hill’s is a tough go for the rest of Bam’s life, if he could eat cheaper, and still maintain health. His brother also eats the same. Would you be willing to let us off the expensive medical food
After cat fight & treated at vet with Covina, rabies, anti inflam shot, my indoor/outdoor cat recovered indoors for 3 weeks. He started going outside again in a limited way. He gained weight. About 2-3 pounds. He is getting a tummy. Pics attached. Right now I am feeding mostly pate cans of Fancy Feast - 4 cats - 6 bowls and I feed separately to one who is old and I do this or she would never get any. My vet wanted my one cat Kahlua on a Hill's prescription G/D diet hard foot so I leave that out for free feed. This has brought her lab values back to normal. They are becoming fat. Is it okay to continue like this? Thanks.
