- I would say it does not. I have a boxer and a lab. Neither of them eat anything other than science diet and milk bones. The boxer does and always has had gas. They’ve been eating science diet for about four years.

I have a 1yr old pit bull mix that is high energy. I’ve been feeding blue buffalo and he’s slowly lost interest in the dry food. I feel he is underweight (you can see his ribs some) and would love a recommendation for maintaining a healthy weight..Thanks!
- I feed my 5 yr old husky with this food as it has no grain. Remember it is Light so your dog may not like it.

how strong are lamb bone?
- Thank you for your question. Sheep (lambs) are smaller animals than deer, elk, beef etc. therefore their bones are smaller. We would not recommend the lamb rib for a giant dog. Item# 5208 Giant beef bone or #88173 Beef Rib Bones would be better suited for a giant dog.

We are trying to get my dog to lose weight and they have recommended science hill, what type of their food would be better? Light, perfect weight or is there any other? A lot of fat we would like to burn! TIA
What is the best dry dog food for the first adult dog food switching from puppy grain-free food to adult dry dog food with grains in it for the boston terrier breed? no health issues and no allergies nothing like that. Eating Castor and Pollux organic dry puppy food right now transitioning to Hill's Science Diet Adult Light Small Bites Dry Dog Food. The vet said I had to switch to a food that has grains in it. Second meal with science diet in it really gassing alot more then usually.
RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.

Dr. Hinson, since blue buffalo has a lot of calories and my male’s weight is steadily increasing (as expected because he is still growing) what food can I use to keep his weight under control because if I leave one cup of kibbles (each) out for them, I’m lucky if they finish it within three days so it’s not like I’m over feeding them plus they get daily exercise so I guess what I’m looking for is a kibble that’s grain free and can help feed my male enough but not get overweight.

I have been feeding Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight dry food mixed with their Perfect Weight. Chicken Vegetable Stew (1/3 cup dry, 2 Tbs. Wet, 2x/day). I am thinking of switching to the wet food, which he seems to prefer. If i do, how much should I be feeding him (2 small meals per day)?
