[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent dog food. Did not last long in his bowl. Kibbles were just the right size. Will be buying this dog food again. Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog really seems to enjoy this food. He often times leaves food in his bowl and returns to it later, but I found him finishing the whole bowl at once. My only complaint about this food is it has a very strong smell that I found to be overwhelming and I needed to feed my dog away from our food. Now, I understand most people are not as sensitive to smells as I am, but if you are sensitive to smells you may find this a bit unpleasant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog really enjoyed the taste of this food. I liked knowing it was good for her and made of high quality ingredients. The only thing that would keep me from repurchasing it is the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Science Diet chicken dog food did not disappoint. I was unsure as to how my dog would feel about this new food at first, but he absolutely loved it. He chose this over his usual food after the first day. The ingredients are great and a lot healthier than many other dog food brands out there. While it is a little on the pricier side, the value I feel is worth it. My dog loved it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall: good for keeping a large dog fit and well-proportioned, especially if weight control is a priority. She seemed to like the flavor and the large pieces of kibble.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food is great for my Pit Bull. She’s middle aged so she’s less active than most. This food is great for her so she doesn’t pack on the extra weight that could be dangerous for her health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My sweet penny loves this food and she eats it up every time. She is so happy for breakfast that I can’t even put her bowl down before she is done diving in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to buy this brand because I know it’s healthy for my dog. He loves it as well. He’s about 65 pounds and the recommended amount is perfect for him. He’s an active fella so he does get some wet food extra. His coat has been much nicer since we started this food. Softer and shinier.

Is this primarily for dogs that need to lose weight? Which Adult Large Breed food would you recommend for a 1 year old healthy and active Labrador?

  1. It’s great for labs to maintain a healthy weight. My lab never felt full on other dog food and my vet recommended this one because the fillers help labs feel full. I will never switch to another type of food for my dog.

What is the difference between Light and Healthy Weight dog food?  I'm interested in both dry and canned food and not sure which to buy for my dog who needs to lose 10-15 lbs

  1. My black lab needed to lose about 15lbs, I started using this hills light adult large breed, took alitte bit of time & exercise, I also add almost half the bowl filled with water, which also help them feel full, I would also calorie count her treats or only give her half, we did reach our ideal weight, & will also continue to use hills light. To maintain. Hills science adult light large breed, dry food, I believe is the actual full name,
