Hills Science did a horrible job introducing. Or should I say "sneaking in " new kibble.My boy dint eat for 2 weeks till I figured out the kibble is quite different. Insddition one can not do the new dog food introduction correctly when not told, bags are inconsistent, SHAME ON YOU! HILLS SCIENCE DIET

We are disappointed to hear of your experience. We do periodically make changes to product formulas to incorporate additional health or product design benefits. However, pets are creatures of habit and may need a little help to get accustomed to the change. We generally suggest doing a 7-day transition, as this allows them time to get used to the new flavor and ingredients. We buy this food through Chewy. The last bag we finished came with a smaller kibble size. The next bag we got was back to the larger size. I am reading in the other review responses that this smaller kibble is a new formula and should be introduced slowly. Where was that information to be found? Also how can I do that when I’m getting sent one than the other?
