Poor decision to change food size

catmom221

Not happy with the new size. One of our cats has a tendency to swallow her food without chewing and now with this much smaller size, it’s even worse so she’s eating more. Or was that the plan? Eat more, buy more often…. And we already use a slow feeder dish. Why fix something that isn’t broken?

Thank you for your review. We will be sure to pass your feedback to the appropriate department. Hill's Science Diet Adult Indoor Cat Food had a formula upgrade with the addition of ActivBiome+ Multi-Benefit Bundle: Advanced blend of prebiotic fibers and antioxidants support digestion, bolster the immune system, and support organ health. We do recommending a transition from the old formula to the new.

My CT’s have eaten this food for several years. They enjoy the taste and have never had issues with their bowel movements. Their fur is shiny and they seem quite happy.

My cats always go nuts when I get a new bag of this. They really love the crunch and flavor and they make sure to tell me every time! The scent draws them in but the ingredients are super healthy and I have such peace of mind because of that. Nothing but the best for my fur babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat seemed to really enjoy eating this brand of dry cat cat food. I received a 15.5 ounce bag of Science Diet Feline Adult Indoor Chicken food. The pebbles are small and are easy for my cat to eat. She got really excited whenever I opened the bag to feed her and finished eating the amount of food that I put in her bowl.

Our cats really enjoy Feline Adult Indoor Chicken! The formula is perfect for indoor cats—keeps her happy, healthy, and full of energy. I’ve noticed her coat looks shinier and she’s maintaining a healthy weight. Plus, she loves the taste, and I feel good knowing she’s getting quality nutrition. Definitely a great choice for indoor kitties!

Simon is my 8 year old Siamese. He is very picky about his food. But he loves this food! I feel good about giving this to him because I know he’s getting protein when he eats this food.

Why did you change your science diet?

  1. My vet suggested Science Diet Adult Indoor dry food due to its high fiber content - has from 6.5 to 9.5 % fiber. The nutrition is high quality and both my cats are in great health with sparkling eyes and good fur coats. Also it has worked like a miracle to completely solve the rear end gland problem that my cat had, so we avoid traumatic trips to the vet and all the expense of that.
