I have gotten this before on repeat delivery with no issues but the most recent bag was sliced, so we couldn't use it. Petco did refund for that. Unfortunately, my dog passed away shortly after we got our most recent bag and we tried returning that but they would only give us store credit although it was 30 days of receiving the item. Overall, the product itself is okay, but we aren't very impressed with Petco.

I like Holks Science Diet for my pets. I have always wished, and told them, that they would create a much larger kibble for very large dogs. Better for dental health! Petco would not honor the 7 emails I received that week for “ next bag of food free for Emma & Chip”. Said it’s only a percentage amount over the whole purchase.
