Hi I am changing my dogs food due to allergies, he is been taken off chicken and I am trying wainwrightโs duck with rice as recommended but his poo is hard and crumbles when I pick it up, will this change in time or do I need to give him something else with it ? Thanks
Hey there, we have been feeding my mixed dog rice, ground hamburger, peas, carrots and dog food for about 6 months now and he seemed fine up to now. He has some horrid breath and seems to be losing weight... could it be the food. No bones, ribs or spine are showing.
Kindly, What is the correct nutrition for my dog โโwho has kidney problems?
This question is for david elezbeth: Is 30-50% carbs an appropriate amount in dog food? I just started my dog on honest kitchen dehydrated dog food and these are the typical range in carbs. Is this to much? Also some reviewers have posted that their dog had more voluminous stool and went more frequently with bits of food still present in the stool. Is this normal? Chloe seems to be doing fine but I am noticing the bits of food in her stool. Is this ok to continue with this food?
I have a male lab 5 months old we had him from 3 months and have been feeding him the same food to date, we feed him twice daily and feed the correct amount of food advised. He has also been worked to date. Our concern is that when he does a number 2 he goes about 3/4 times one after the other, the first being fairly solid and the rest quite sloppy, is the food maybe too rich for him? Itโs a top brand and is grain free also
My dog that I adopted from a shelter was spayed about a week ago she is slightly anemic and they believe it's caused from her surgery I would like to know what kind of food I should feed her to help bring it back to normal levels she's on Merrick dry food and refrigerated kibble that is organic with chicken, egg, beef, spinach, and other stuff?
Just recused this little guy... very malnourished, just started gaining some weight. He is missing many teeth so eating is a problem, he does he the small bites. Any other food you can recommend for weight gain, older dog with no teeth? Also a treat, maybe something that will dissolve, can he have gerber puffs baby snacks as treats???
Is Purina pro plan a good food for French bulldogs? Lou is on royan canin gastrointestinal low fat after a case of colitis. Itโs time to transition him to something else and Iโm looking to change his food. He would only eat pure balance wet food after his ivdd surgery but I donโt think itโs the best and itโs sometimes hard to find. Any advice
