Which Hill's Science Diet is best for an 8 year old Blue Heeler Australian Cattle Dog who weights 50 pounds, who still likes to run after a frisbee but takes more breaks now, that would be tastey and not too large a kibble.
- We feed both our 10 year old Collies this food. They are still active and it is the only food that has not given them digestive issues, of which they had many with other "blue" foods

This question is for david elezbeth: Is 30-50% carbs an appropriate amount in dog food? I just started my dog on honest kitchen dehydrated dog food and these are the typical range in carbs. I have a male lab 5 months old we had him from 3 months and have been feeding him the same food to date, we feed him twice daily and feed the correct amount of food advised. He has also been worked to date.
