Why is it not available?

This product has been amazing at helping my cat lose and maintain wait and decreased his UTI episodes. However, I am really disappointed by the company for not having it back on stock for almost 8 months now. We switched to another c/d but my cat gained weight. Is there any reason why is this not produced? Is hill going to discontinue this?

My female was diagnosed with bladder stones last year. Once starting this diet within a month her stones has dissolved. My male cat who is a beast even managed to lose a few pounds.

Yes, I recommend this product.

My Cat Loves It

My cat had a couple urinary blocks so the vet switched him to this food. He hasn't had any problems since. He really likes it too. I'm not sure it does much do help with his weight (or make him full), but overall the food has been great for him.

Yes, I recommend this product.

They changed the order of the ingredients.

My cat loved the original formulation of this food. While I understand that the ingredients are the same, the order of the ingredients has been changed and now she puts up her nose at it. She does not like any other food, human or otherwise. Including tuna, tuna juice, chicken, chicken broth, treats or any wet food. So there is no real way to entice her to eat it. I have been unable to get her to eat any from newly opened bags. Since this cat food ist $44.00 per bag I am curious as to why the order of the ingredients would have been changed.

Cat lost weight but...

Bevlets

My cat was gaining a bunch of weight once upon a time, so the vet said he needs to lose some lubs (lbs, pounds, I know). He's been on s/o and c/d, so I tried out this metabolic food because it was "less calories" or something. Well, he did lose weight... Because he refused to eat it and always threw up in protest. So I am tired of my cat being ungrateful for the food I supply him and went back to the c/d because he's now at a healthy weight. He's been going NUTS since I brought it home. Now that I fed him this morning, I think it's safe to say the metabolic food was probably just nasty. So if you have a cat gaining weight from the c/d food or the s/o... Just feed them less and don't waste your money trying the more expensive metabolic kind. It smells disgusting and my cat seems to think it's the nastiest tasting food ever.

No, I do not recommend this product.

trying this for weightloss

My cat is trying this to loose weight. He just started on it, and we hope it works for him. He was eating the same food as my other cat and the same amount. It seems that his meatbolism is slow. The gray cat is thin, but the orange cat is overweight. I guess it's like people.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We have 2 cats and both are on the chunky side. Before starting them on this food they would non-stop eat and cry for more food all day and all night. Now they get 1/4 cup each in the morning and we do not hear crying anymore!! I highly recommend this food!! Vet recommended it

Yes, I recommend this product.
