How large is the kibble? My Boston terrier is very picky and won’t eat large kibbles.

Dove has been on prescription food by hills science I’d low fat food because her pancreas can’t handle the fat from what I was told. Well we moved to Germany and won’t be getting her food in time and won’t be able to see a vet until 2 more weeks. the food we’ve been giving her is giving her diarrhea. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend?
