Questions
What is the phosphorus content in this? Is it kidney friendly? (Low protein and low phosphorus)
- I can't answer about the phosphorus content because I don't see it listed on the cans. If I were you I'd reach out to the manufacturer directly for that info. As for it being kidney friendly, I would say yes. My dog is a diabetic and also has signs of protein in his urine so his kidneys aren't functioning 100%. My vet first prescribed the w/d formula for his diabetes but once the kidney issue came into play, she changed him to this g/d formula.
