I have an 8 year old female Min Pin / Rat Terrier mix who is about 6 lbs over weight. She’s currently on Hills Science Diet Youthful Vitality, but her vet said she should be on a grain less low calorie food. What do you suggest? I’d like to keep it in the Hills line if possible, unless they don’t have that kind of option. Thank you.
RE: DOG FOOD My dog is eating Hill's science diet 7+ Active Longevity Small Bites (chicken meal, rice & Barley recipe) for years. But I found out Hill's is recalling their dog foods recently and I am worrying the dog food my dog eating now also have the problems. Should I change other brands OR I cook chicken breast with carrot and broccoli for her instead? or other foods you recommend? She had pancreatitis 2 times and consulted the vet and was told she cannot eat too much oily food.

Lou has been on royal canin gastro intestinal low fat wet food for about 2 weeks bc he had stress colitis the vet said. His fecal and giardia were negative. He’s been doing great on that food but transitioning him over has been tough. He either won’t eat it w his food mixed in or he struggles to poop and it’s runnier. I planned on trying to transition to Purina pro plan this week hoping it will be better.
cheap dog food that helps dogs liver
My dog is a 10 year old male boxer with what I feel might be colitis. I cook chicken and beef for him along with Hills canine ID dry food. are there any suggestions on how I can help him or are there any prescription meds for this ?
Bam, male cat, 2yrs. old has been on diet of “sensitive stomach, Hill’s Sci. Diet, to control chronic diarrhea. It worked very well. Now we wish to change over to a less-expensive daily dry food. Bam rejects our new offerings. Is there any other brand you can suggest? 38 dollars for a large bag of Hill’s is a tough go for the rest of Bam’s life, if he could eat cheaper, and still maintain health. His brother also eats the same. Would you be willing to let us off the expensive medical food
Hi I went to the vet about a couple weeks ago because my dog had diarrhea. They put him on that g/I diet pet hills which eh did great on. As soon as I switched it over a period of time. He had diarrhea again. Then they told me to switch it over 2 weeks o I gave him the pet hills g/I again and he was doing well so today he finally switched back to the royal canine again and he had diarrhea. What should I do
What is the best canine diet for our 11yo Chihuahua with Gall Bladder sludge. She is down to 9 lbs.
trying for 3rd time. My cat needs IBS/IBD diet. Low fat high fiber. I like Wellness and Blue but they have too much fat. Can you recommend a low fat mature canned cat food? Could I also add organic oat flour? I have 4 cats, aged 10+ years. Thank you.
