Need up to 4 times daily, but do not exceed the amount your fish will consume within a few minutes. More frequent, smaller feedings are always a better option to maximize nutrient utilization for a higher vegetable formulation like this.
If water temperature is consistently below 50 degree F or above 86 degree F, reduce the amount fed based on activity.

1 of 2 goldfish has been upside down and struggling..been doing this off n on for 4 mos but has been consistently upside down for 2 days now..was advised to not feed for 3 days...this has worked before but not now..I soak the flakes before feeding .. did a water change this morning..I don't see anything on his skin..have had him for 3 years using same wellwater, no chlorine..other fish seems fine..What can I do?

My pond goldfish had swim bladder issues so has been inside for 6 weeks. He was pretty active and I brought in another to keep him company. Since Feb 1st, he is at the bottom, eating a bit especially when I drop it right in from of him. No external signs of any disease that I can seen. Nitrites are high as tank is cycling. I am adding Prime, aquarium salt (1 gram) and 30% water changes. Nitrite converting bacteria is establishing now. Any thought on what it could be and what to do? Thank you

I recently got my goldfish (very small) and I put him in a 5 gallon tank (new tank with conditioned water and filter). He swims around very fast and up and down the tank walls. When I feed him flakes, he chews really quickly and then spits it out. I can’t tell if he actually eats anything. The ammonia levels are a little high (3.0) so I put in some ammonia fixer. Hi, one of my goldfish not moving and stays at the bottom of the tank, compares to other goldfish which able to eat and normal behavior.. Hello, as I have been observing my new baby oranda goldfish, two out of the four I have received four days ago spend MOST of their time at the bottom of the tank, all four babies live in a 37 gallon aquarium together. When it is mealtime, all four of them eat, then the two go back and sit at the bottom of the tank, I have checked the water multiple times in the last few days, and everything is great. The temperature is great, and everything is in order. I am not sure what to do, thank you.
