Only Duraflex pet doors use our patented rare-earth point magnet sealing system. Strong magnets line the flap edges, perfectly mating with floating magnets in the frame to create a 100% air-tight seal. Wind must overcome all magnets, but a pet's nose breaks just two pairs at a time, allowing easy entry. Duraflex doors stay sealed in winds up to 50 mph, yet remain easy for pets to use. Our heavy-duty aluminum frame includes double-pane, Low-E glass for unmatched energy efficiency. While most patio panels are under 1/2" thick, Duraflex frames use 7/8" thick vertical rails of 14-gauge extruded aluminum. Each unit ships in two sections for easy handling and includes full weather stripping and draft seals. A universal lock fits most patio doors, with a discreet hasp mount and added foot lock. Adjustable height models fit tracks from: Regular Height (75"-80 1/4") or Tall Height (92.75"-96"). Available in Medium, Large, and XL sizes.
