Hello i have a parrot with bald head and chest feathers are fluffy
I am planning to buy new cockatiels and I want to ask that if a lutino cockatiel , a grey cockatiel, a albino cockatiel, and a white faced pearl cockatiel all of these 4 will they stay together properly and also pls assist me for training them and care for them in summer as in nagpur in India temperature touches around 48°C
I have a 19 year old cockatiel who is very healthy. We are travelling from Alberta to British Columbia. It is about a five hour trip. Do you think our bird would be able to handle the trip
Is there a good high calorie supplement, vitamin or food that I can offer my seed junkie parakeet? She scored a poor body condition, was described as thin at her exam. Currently taking Metacam for an ouchy foot.
Hi I would to know what’s going on with my bird, he has a big bald spot on the left side of his right wing and also under it. He is not depressed but sometimes he pulls out fluffs and gets scared and spastic until you take from his mout. What should I do. He is a cockatiel 1 and a half years old
My 23 year old cockatiel looks bad, like he woke up on wrong side of the bed. His left eye has lost feathers, he is picking at left wing. Lots of poop. I was away, for 3 days last week, my sister looked after him in my room. He feel lighter what do I do?? Is he dying?
my cockateil has watery yellow poop
I have a 3 month old cockatiel. I've just noticed that his lumpy, crusty and bleeding from his bottom. It looks pretty bad. I have attached a picture. Please advise
I had two budgies, both rescues about a month ago. One has recently passed away and the one that is left, Icarus, seems lonely. They got along perfectly and had a unique relationship. Icarus is pretty mean, bitey and fisety so I am a little worried with getting another budgie that will get beat up. Would another budgie be the best option or would a larger parakeet be better. A bourke or kakariki is what I was thinking. Thanks.
My budgie is 13 and looks odd he’s fluffed up sleeping against his fake bird. He ate and drank but one side of his beak has gotten darker
I received a parakeet from a friend’s grandparents. He has been kept alone for at least two years. He is always itching, plucking feathers and his face is very crusty. He appears to have no appetite and hardly makes any noise.
My cockatiel is having issues with his feet, he struggles to walk along the perch, he sleeping with his belly low on the perch on two feet and he’s started plucking, he used to be so vocal and happy now that’s all he does and I’d just like an idea of what it could be before going to the vet
