The Hengeli Glowlight Rasbora will make an awesome schooling fish. Their unique color pattern is bound to impress. This little guy will thrive in aquariums with plants and driftwood, which will help simulate their natural habitat. They prefer very clean water and lower pH to thrive and will display optimal coloration and health in a planted aquarium with soft substrate. The Hengeli Glowlight has very small mouths and will need pellet and flake foods small enough. They are a smaller, non-boisterous fish, so they should be paired with other peaceful fish that make them feel safe and do not compete for food. They can be kept with larger cichlids with small mouths such as discus. Consider a group of seven of these fish to be an absolute minimum as far as stocking goes.

ACCLIMATION: Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. For new aquariums, adding new fish slowly helps to properly develop the nitrogen cycle, which creates a safe environment for your aquatic pets. A bacteria booster may also help develop a new aquarium for your new fish. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried, and frozen food, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller, unfiltered aquariums.

Hikari
We recently bought a Betta from a chain store pet shop. He is currently in a 10 gallon tank with a heater. He’s been eating and swimming around, acting fine. The first day we had him I noticed this bump. (Didn’t notice in the petstore but hard to see in those cups they keep them in) Here’s a side shot. Looks like one tiny fluid filled bump, size of a scale. Any ideas?
I have three glo fishes in my tank. Two of them appear to be very bloated. Not only is one of them more bloated than the other, but it is also losing some of its color in the lower part of its body and it has a rough look as if its scales were starting to shed. Last week the fish appeared to be excluding itself from the others, but I noticed now that it has been starting to eat and play around more. I read it online that this may be a fatal bloating bacteria but I just wanted to be sure. Thanks!
My fish has bulges on both sides. They have been there for months. The fish spent months fighting the other glofish in the aquarium. The water is tested, changed about every 3-4 weeks. Water change is 50%. I also change the filter 3-4 weeks. I feed flakes, dried blood worms, and frozen assortment of food.
My goldfish appears bloated
I have just brought a new rapheal spooted catfish what care should I take as it is with discuss arrowana and blue angel pls will u share me the link how to hold it
I have an angelfish and a red tail shark in a 15 gallon tank for about 4 days and they get along great. The angel fish has been almost swimming kind of lazy like almost floating and then will swim when off balance. And belly kinda looks swollen as well as eyes. And my red tail shark seems to have a gray patch on it's side and not swimming as active as he was. Either hides in the back of tank or in a house for hours.
Hi, I just got a fish from a friend and I don’t rlly know anything about that fish, it’s rlly small(about 4cm) and I want to know the breed of the fish and how to take care of it. Thanks you
