My dog has CHF. She is on benazepril. Is it safe to also give her tumeric? I hate giving her all of these meds and would love to find something natural and healthier for her. She is a rottie, weighs about 115 and is 9-10 years old. (Was a stray)

Our 9.5 year old golden retriever Barkley was given 1-3 months to live in March. He has a mass on the bottom of his heart and a lesion on one of his ribs. There was nothing we could do to help him. We started giving him golden paste and CBD oil. He's been doing well so far. About a week or so ago his poops have been wet and orange in color. Today he got sick a few times and isn't really eating his food. Some things he eats but not much. Should I be concerned about his poops?
Hi. Angel had a ruptured tumor around her liver 4 weeks ago. I have been giving her Yunnan Baio pills twice a day to help control the bleeding. Her Vet also prescribed Denamarin once a day. She had been doing pretty well. But I made turmeric paste and have her some last night. She threw up a little later night and twice this morning. I'm wondering if it is because of to much tumeric?? She did this once before when I have her turmeric. Can you suggest what I do now besides see a vet?

For the past month my dog has been on a home cooked diet consisting of (lean ground beef, rice, nonfat cottage cheese, pumpkin squash, broccoli) he hasn’t had any recurring issues. I just some suggestions of the best on the market, even unflavored maybe or beef flavored would be ok. I would prefer organic but would take anything at I can give him
