Halter looks well made. That's why I gave it three stars. I have a little silky, she is about 9 pounds. I put the halter on securely as she does really want to get where she's going. First time I tried to hold her back, she pulled right through the front of the halter and the entire thing was around her waist. She did this two more times in first walk. Not only did it not work to stop the pulling, it wouldn't even stay on. I am very disappointed.
No, I do not recommend this product.
