- depends on the size of the can you buy and the size of the dog, the small can is good for about a 50 pound dog where I use a little more than half, if you have the larger can, then it is half a can for a 50 pound dog

My dog just opened my door and finished my 1/2 bowl of soup while I was downstairs. It was Well Yes! Obviously I am now very worried?

Hi Vets, Im having a hard time with my dog. When he was still young, I fed him with incanned dog food. Then, I think I lost his appetite because its always the same. I switched it for the mean time to boiled chicken breast, lasted for 5 months. How do I get him back to like dog foods again? I think I want to feed him with dry dog food. Its easier for me to serve. She is not eating the Natural chicken and sweet potato cans I ordered. She is almost 14 years old. I have tried most of the Senior diet but the chicken and barley makes her belly bloat. She eats canned but due to several teeth removed cannot eat dry. She is a dachshund of normal weight and good health. She is still an active walker.
I want to get this canned food for my dog as a topper to her dry food. It has shredded chicken along with whole white beans, peas and potatoes. Will she be able to digest this ok because the beans, peas and potatoes are not ground into a pate texture? she's on the dry version of this currently. I also ditched the twelve calorie treats and purchased the smaller 2 calorie treats and I'm only giving her three of those per day. Her total intake of extras is now less than 10% of her diet. :-)
