What the best dry dog for food match my dog
I feed my dogs Pure Balance Trout + Lentils (has probitics) mixed with Purina One Beyond Small Bites Lamb and Rice(has the joint support in it as well so thatโs nice!) . Can you take a look at the ingredients? They donโt have any grain allergies as they tolerate Cheerios as their training treats but I liked Pure Balances Ingredients and the Purina One has not as well but they eat the food readily with the better brand and plus has free joint supplement in it. Thank you for your opinions on them
Tot has a nasal tumor and chicken and rice is the only thing she wants to eat that does not cause diarrhea. I want to keep giving her the chicken and rice, since she loves it, but I know this is not nutritionally adequate. She is still a happy dog, with the usual senior energy level. Can I add vitamins or a nutritional supplement to help ? She also takes vetmedin, Lasix, and Enalapril for heart disease. My regular vet suggested a nutritionist, but they want $400..
What's the best animal protein for dogs with sensitive stomachs? Salmon, beef, duck, etc? (I was told no chicken because of Jack's past liver issue). I always hear limited ingredient foods are good but are they balanced and have all the nutrients dogs need?
Hi I currently shop on Chewy.com for all my pet needs, theyโre great by the way!! Iโm really searching for a different flavor royal canine wet dog food and royal canine doesnโt have much of a selection. So I also saw broth bowls food topper. I would really appreciate it if you can just give me your analysis on this product and if you think I should buy it? Thank you and merry Christmas Diana
My dog 4 months old gets diarrhea from eating Merrick real lamb wet a tablespoon ( limited diet) and Merrick salmon dry. But when I gave him pasta and mashed potatoes for 2 days very little diarrhea left and bi gas and no stomach churning and noises? Any suggestions? He is a cane corso Labrador mix
What are some opinions on dogs eating both kibble& wet food.My dog is a very picky eater& he's also allergic to chicken, beef, turkey. So I really can only feed him lamb & duck because most stores don't have other options & those who do, charge a huge amount for a small bag when I have 2 large dogs to feed & the small bags that cost $50 would last me 3 days.I was just curious if it would be okay for me to mix wet & dry food to maybe make him more interested? If not, I'd love advice on picky eaters
My 3 year old dog won't eat anything but chicken and duck jerky, He drinks a little milk before bedtime as he has done since he was a pup. Is there anything I can give him to increase his appetite. He does take liquid vitamins everyday. Thank You
I am considering transitioning my puppy from hills science to merrick grain free dry dog food. Is merrick a good brand? What are the benefits of grain free dry dog food? What are the differences in feeding a dog salmon Vs chicken vs lamb vs duck?
My dog recently changed to a low fat low calorie diet due to some tummy issues per the vet and her wet food is now only green peas and peas which she is getting tired of and looking almost sad she is a major foodie is there any other fruits and veggies that wonโt cause extra Weight gain that I could also give at times either with food or as treats?
I'm trying to introduce some omega 3's into my dogs diet. I order her some treats for her hips (picture 1) but want to order the omega treats as well (picture 2) will the combination of these plus her food (picture 3) be too much or overdose of any of the ingredients?
Hi Trixie has eaten wet Rx Royal Canin rabbit pea selected protein for many years due to IBS. Recently my vet gave me a can of duck pea to try because she has seemed to grow tired of rabbit. She told me to offer her both and let her choose. trixie is mainly Choosing duck but is still taking a few bites from the rabbit pea bowl too. If it doesnโt irritate her IBS can she have both ? Is It ok to mix? She also still likes her rabbit pea dry food. Thanks!!
