Can you put liquid medicine in pill pockets?
- I doubt it unless you use the larger size-capsule & only a little liquid, then gentle squeeze top closed. My dog takes Atopica, which is a large capsule, it litterally sticks out 1/2 way but he gobbles the whole thing down.

Can you tell me the sodium content of this product? My dog takes multiple cardiac medications and is sodium-restricted -- I don't want to give her salt with her medication! Thanks!

Does the dog chew the pill or does he somehow just swallow it if it is in the pill pocket? Some pills are not supposed to be chewed. Please advise.
- These are not specifically designed to be swallowed but every dog is different and most will just swallow naturally. If you have a pill that cannot be chewed or a capsule that cannot be broken, we would recommend consulting with your vet and find another method to administer your dog's medicine.

Can you tell me the dimensions of the 2 sizes of pill pockets. Your site says the capsule is 3 inches by 9 inches, and the tablet one is .5 inches. This doesn't seem right. thanks

My 2 year old sheperd husky mix has kennel cough and was prescribed antibiotic capsules for 7 days. However, I cant seem to hide them in any food. She always finds them. The only thing that works is opening the capsule and dumping the contents into ham. That's the only way she'll eat it. Am I doing something wrong?
