- Hi Deb1372, Good day! Bones are meant for chewing and are able to be consumed if they are broken down into small enough pieces. We would recommend that you follow the feeding guidelines and is aware of the caution / warning statement for the products they are feeding. If treat is consumed rapidly and in large chunks, there are dangers of choking or gastrointestinal blockage. If treat becomes wet, some color transfer may occur. Feeding Guideline: Feed as a snack or reward. This Product is intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only Thanks.

Can a 12 week old puppy have one
- I think this may be too big for a three month puppy, however I do believe they will enjoy it. If you want to get your money’s worth I say start off with this brand but “Knee Bones” they will enjoy every inch of this :) These both worked very well for my teething Great Dane :)
