DO NOT BUY THIS BONE. My dog ended up having an obstruction from pieces of it stuck in his pylorus. I spent $1200 at the vet on X-rays and tests.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Use with caution. Both my dogs got seriously sick with these bones. Both of them vomited repeatedly within the first 12 hours. I'm waiting to see if I need to take one of them to the vet.

$600 vet bill says this is NOT an ideal treat for aggressive chewers!!! Both of our dogs got sick from these bones but only one had us worried about an obstruction. Diarrhea and vomiting for 36 hours, had to get X-rays to see if it would pass or if he needed surgery to save his life. NEVER AGAIN

*Please watch over your dog while they chew this bone as there are bone pieces that will fall off.* I give this to my dogs while I need to cook in the kitchen and I can keep an eye on them. This is a bone they will not leave alone. They just love the exterior!

Do these bones need to be refrigerated

  1. No. They are smoked.

Is this product sourced AND processed in USA? The product description says... "Sourced in USA". Sorry to be skeptical, but I want 100% clarity about the facts and not misled by "Salesmanship". I DO NOT WANT China involved in anything I feed my pets.

How much is this phone per month after the first month

Is there a chance this bone might cause splinters like a cooked poultry bone does. ? I gave my 5month lab a cooked chicken leg and that caused him a intestine injury, so I want to take extra precautions now. thanks.

      1. Hi Joey jams, Our bones are slow cooked to reduce splintering and to ensure they do not have any microbe issues. Chicken bones tend to splinter more than other animal bones, that is why we do not carry them. Beef splinters a lot less.” We will note that the statement does say reduce splintering and we do have other plant based alternatives that wont splinter. Thanks
