The Gold Marble Algae Eater will surely bring you some luck while it is stuck against the glass all day cleaning off the algae. They are a very efficient algae eater and will actively clean the glass, which means less cleaning for you. Provide lots of hiding spaces to help reduce their stress especially while they are acclimating to their new environment. They should be added to aquariums with driftwood and plants to help mimic their natural habitat. Even though they love eating algae that cannot be their only food source, so provide a varied diet of algae wafers. This Algae Eater is known for creating a territory and defending it against tank mates, which is why they are considered semi-aggressive.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

Hi there, I'm not sure if this website applies to fish, but I don't have anyone in my area that can help. I have a gold nugget pleco and he eats veggies and driftwood all the time, has a large 55 gallon tank to himself and he has normal catfish habits-sleep during day, up at night. Anyways he was a beautiful black and gold but now his colour is fading... I looked it up and it means death (but he's eating and still very alive...). Is there anything you know about why else the colour could go?
What can be kept with goldfish?
My goldfish appears bloated
My goldfishh is becoming white and is being lazy and staying in the middle of the tank
How to increase colour deep red and yellow citation of red blood parrot fish and yellow parrot fish ? And how far shyness of red blood parrot fish ?
My new betta is coming up with silvery spots behind gill slits and underneath mouth. His water also seems to get clear algae growth rather quickly (3days) on the surface. I would love to be able to send pictures. My first betta
My goldfish has been swimming to the top of the bank and looks like it's gasping for air it also looks stressed?
I recently bought a pearl arrowana fish what care should I take
I have 2 glo fish what kind of tank should I get?
My Ranchu Goldfish’s belly is bulging more than normal, especially on the right side. Any clue what may be causing this.
My betta is a baby boy (4monthold) When I first got him he was red with white. 2 months ago his growing fins began becoming blue. Abt 3 weeks ago I see that he began losing his color a bit& began becoming kind of transparent, so I took the water to get checked& the water was good but the store couldnt check for ammonia cause they had ran out of that test(water has conditioner). Last night I notice that he started getting a shiny silver color on 1side of mouth& in gill. But he is acting normal
My Powder Blue Dwarf Gourami, Is twiching and i really don't know what to do i think its ammonia.
