I have a 10 gallon tank- will this cover the majority of the width?
- This light is 10" long so it will cover half the length of the tank, but it is extremely bright and one is all that is needed.

How many do I have to purchase for a 29 gallon
- One of these lights is adequate (but not overly bright) for my basic 10 gallon. I would definitely purchase two for a 29 gallon otherwise it will be quite dim, and honestly I don’t think three would be overkill.

I've had a run if bad luck with lights due to air stones. Will this light be affected by the water that hits it?
- No it has a protective casing on it is meant to go on the inside of the tank. Mine has survived splashing frogs for nearly a year now. My only complaint was that it's not very good if you have plants because it is not bright enough. Other than that it's a good light.

I have a half moon shaped tank . I’m guessing these can only be attached to a square or rectangle tank ?
- no you can attach it to the the side that is straight

Does it have a timer? Does it automatically change from day time to night time modes?
- No built-in timer. Any external timer you add can only switch it on or off. It just remembers the last mode used.

My fish tank LED light broke. Is using an LED flashlight safe for the fish?
Is this tank big enough/small enough to hold goldfish fry (these fish will not be in it we are just cleaning up there other tank)
My fish has bulges on both sides. They have been there for months. The fish spent months fighting the other glofish in the aquarium. The water is tested, changed about every 3-4 weeks. Water change is 50%. I also change the filter 3-4 weeks. I feed flakes, dried blood worms, and frozen assortment of food.
i have a question, we recently got glofish as a gift to my mother. I bought the water conditioner, food, plants and a volcano to decorate the tank, its a 5 gallon tank so they would have alot of room to swim. But all 5 fish, just stay at the bottom of the tank, occasional moving, not to full out swimming. the swim a bit for a few seconds and hide again under the plants or filter pump, in the back of the tank. I want to know is that normal?
My betta fish has fin rot, it’s progressing very fast. Within a day there’s a noticeable difference. He’s in a 55 gallon glofish tank(I tried multiple dividers and he kept escaping with no injuries) yesterday I put some betta fix medicine but it took the whole bottle, didn’t even get the desired dose for the tank. Trying to treat betta for Popeye otherwise healthy happy and active. Moved from five to three gallon filtered heated tanks. Feed freeze dried blood worms, daphnia and bug bites by fluval. Also am changing some if not all water every few days. Treated with kanaplex several doses no real improvement. Switzed to metroplex in water treatment as I don't know how food treatment works or how to dose started four doses two days apart and there is some improvement to the eyes. Med is miconidazole.
