My dog, Daisy, has beem taking Galliprant since April for her arthritis pain. She has kidney issues but it's safe for her to take. It helps her love a pain free life.

Works if the condition is not severe arthritis. Should be given at the onset of the condition. My dog had advanced osteoarthritis and it only worked for a short period of time.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Apparently the vet didn’t know not to mix Galliprant and steroids. Tai got HGE as a result. Our dog ended up in the VET ER for 2 days. Be very careful what drugs you mix. Do your own research.

No, I do not recommend this product.

MY 60# Golden retreiver got a hold og the vet prescribed Galliprat 60mg and 5 were gone. I'm afraid he ate them. Should I be worried?

Where can I get the details on the metabolism of the medicine? I want to know how to dose in dog with stage 2 CKD

    1. It goes by the weight of your dog. My Pom is 5.2 lbs he gets 1/4 tablet a day. However this is prescription only so you need to get a written prescription to order it.

    what are the side effects?

    1. I didn’t notice any adverse side effects. Positive side effects were improved lab tests, kidney and liver readings, after switching from another medication.
