How to create a comfortable habitat for you pets: Galapagos Green Sphagnum Moss is one of the most versatile beddings ever! Use sphagnum moss as natural decor in tropical tanks, a humidifier for any terrarium environment, or a substrate for carnivorous or live plants. This soft and leafy green moss holds moisture and naturally repels odors. Completing your tropical or wetland habitat with a thin layer of green sphagnum moss will help maintain the humidity of the tank as well as make it easier to clean up and maintain your terrarium. Sphagnum helps reptiles shed properly and live in an environment that supports their natural habits. Use in and pack around water dishes to allow easy access and lessen the risk of drowning. Replace moss once or twice a month depending on your pets' habits and terrarium size.

What types of plants are suitable for a 24L tank with 2x shrimp, 3x snails, 2x Platies, 5x danios?
Currently I am using calcium sand. It doesn’t seem to be effecting Ash at all. Should I continue to use the sand or get something else such as eco earth?
I am setting up a new habitat for my 2 sibling gerbils. I want it to be as natural of a habitat as their ancestors in the wild live in. Which substrate would you recommend that would be as natural as they would receive in their desert environment?
first of all, thanks for your advice with my african dwarf frogs! after the aquarium salt bath they are doing great and even look more vibrant now! i was wanting to know what substrate would be best in the tank. would sand be okay or would they eat that like the gravel? i have a heavily planted aquarium and need something to keep the plants in place but i dont want my frogs to eat it and have something happen to them. i find conflicting information when i research it online. thanks!
How to disinfect dry aquarium used soil after six months ?....I can replaced before 6 months for aquarium snail(reason)...It's very high quantity...So I take out from planted aquarium
Humidity in my hermit crab cage is too low, I cannot get a lid for it right now (too much money) is there anything at home I can use to cover it? (Plastic wrap with some air holes, anything)?
I just bought some loose coconut fiber bedding. They used to just have dirt. After the change he began to try to escape to the female toad's habitat and hasnt calmed down. He is also getting the fiber grounds in his water bowl. Is there anything I can do to calm him down and also keep his bowl clean? Our female adapted just fine and doesnt get any in her bowl. I think its because he keeps jumping around and making a mess.
Why are there a bunch of gnats in my crested geckos live terrarium? Maybe 5-7 in one terrarium. I have two live terrariums. They aren’t on my gecko just one the dirt, plants, wood, etc.
Rust colored algae in both of my 10 gallon tanks after switching from gravel to sand substrate. What can I do?
Is there a thing such as adding too much water conditioner? I use reptisafe for my African dwarf frog.
I am wondering if I can use food grade diatomaceous earth in my green anoles terrarium that has mites
Hello. So right now for my baby crested gecko tank set up I have a 10 gallon with live plants and some wood. (First time reptile owner) I have had this problem before. There are these VERY small little silver bugs and they are in the dirt and also on the wood. I didn’t make this bio active. I don’t think they are on the plants but there is a lot. I am using the dirt bricks and last time this happened I cleaned out his tank but they are back. They are not on my crestie. Are these ok? Suggestions?
