After waiting for my dog’s prescription to be filled, I received and email telling me it was cancelled because the Vet did not respond. However, my Vet’s office said they DID respond. I am unable to speak with anyone to correct this problem for me.

this medicine helps my dog as she has a lot of arthritis pain in her elbow. I too take this medicine and was supprised that they offer it to dogs. Petco filled it from my prescription and got it to me in a timely manor.

I was previously getting my medications for my three Great Pyrenees from Drs. Foster and Smith and they are closed and referring to Petco Pet Pharmacy so do you accept the refills on previous medications from them or do I have to start the process over?
