Cancelled prescription without following up with Vet.

thank you ever so much for your rapid response to my needs for my little rescue .. she had an issue & when taken to my Vet was charged $34.06 for 3 50mg pills. Shocked & saddened upon leaving their office. I contacted Petco & at least they approved the script for the 90 to have on hand. Her issues upon rescue are serious at times with her disc issue & thunderstorms/fire works on top. Thanks again for being there. Will continue to use your services. Efficient, prompt & helped at a time of need.

Delivery took way too long. Was told 2-3 delivery and it took over 2 weeks to be delivered

Extremely poor service from pharmacy. Vet sent over approval 3 days after receiving. Pharmacy cancelled the order without ever communicating with me. When I called 5 days later to check status THEN i was told order was cancelled claiming approval from vet wasnt received. Vet has confirmation when they sent over approval. So I had to go through the full process a second time. Also stop routing all calls ourside US! Need people who can speak English very clearly.

If your pet has insurance for your pet, Petco makes it difficult to get an invoice to submit for reimbursement

Getting approval from my vet was easy process, and shipping was pretty quick. Price is decent too as it was mych less than at the vets office.

These have really helped my arthritic senior cat. He doesn't love the taste so we have to open the capsules and mix the powder into his wet food very thoroughly, but he is getting around so much better on this.
